Scotch Quail Eggs
To improve mood and boost energy, scotch quail eggs are the right choice for teatime.
- 3 ½ cup of sausage meat
- 25g of ground mustard
- 2 chives
- 2 chervil
- 1 egg (to bind all the ingredients)
- sea salt, to taste
- white pepper, to taste
- 12 quail eggs
- Boil quail eggs and peel.
- Combine meat with chopped chervil, chives, salt, pepper and mustard.
- Cover quail eggs with mixture of meat.
- Roll them in flour, then dip in eggs.
- Coat breadcrumbs and fry.
